For a six month, non-negotiable licence, short-term licence £155 per week.

Boyce Court (off site) rental due to increase April 2024
£707.49 per month includes Gas, Electric and Water rates. Tenants will be responsible for Council Tax, Television Licence, Telephone Bill and Television/Internet subscription.
