Enquiries and Appeals Process

All applicants will receive notification of whether or not they are being invited to interview. A reserve list will be held for the Education/Leadership & Management interviews and for the Research interviews.

Applicants invited to interview will receive notification of whether or not they have been successful on 11 January 2023, in line with the national recruitment timeline.

Applicants not invited to interview

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to give individualised feedback on shortlisting scores and we are not able to share details of the scoring matrix as this would jeopardise future recruitment processes.

Applicants invited to interview

Applicants who want feedback following an interview can e-mail this request to E-mail requests must be received within 7 working days of receiving the outcome.

The applicant will receive an e-mail response within 30 days.

SFP appeals process

Applicants who wish to register an appeal should refer to the SFP 2023 appeals guidance and complete Form SUoA1 (Appeal against the SUoA recruitment process) and submit it by email to the Foundation school and include “Appeal” in the subject line of the e-mail between (DATE TBC). Appeals will not be accepted at any other time.
