EPM and successful appointments
Each applicant has been awarded an Educational Performance Measure (EPM) of between 34 to 43 points.  In 2014 the EPM score was used as part of the final score for applicants but a bottom 5 decile score did not deem an applicant ineligible as it had done the previous year.  Of the offers accepted to date, 3 applicants were in the 6th decile (2 Severn, 1 Peninsula) and 1 applicant was in the 8th decile (Severn).  These applicants are indicated in red in table 2 above to indicate if they received a first round or reserve list offer.  Severn offers reached the 20th candidate of a possible 42 on their list of interviewed applicants; to date Peninsula offers have reached the 13th candidate of a possible 19.

  • Summary

122 applications were received by the AUoA in the 2014 process and 66% of those were interviewed.  The majority of posts were offered and accepted in the first round and first cascade; at the time of this report Peninsula has a final offer to be made in the second cascade.

Of the offers accepted to date, 3 applicants were in the 6th decile (2 Severn, 1 Peninsula) and 1 applicant was in the 8th decile (Severn). Severn offers reached the 20th candidate of a possible 42 on their list of interviewed applicants; to date Peninsula offers have reached the 13th candidate of a possible 19.
