In the first phase of the national Foundation recruitment round applicants are matched to a Foundation School for their 2 year programme through the online recruitment system based on their application score and Foundation School preferences. The GP development day is an annual half day hosted by the Foundation School for F2 supervisors in General Practice and delivered in 2 venues; Exeter and Cornwall.The aims of the event were to enable GP supervisors to share experiences, build on their knowledge and skills as educationalists and receive feedback and an update from the Foundation School.
